Website Pricing...

Pricing a website before we know exactly what you are wanting to do is difficult but there are some common denominators that most sites have that we can address to give you some idea. You can go to our Online Interview Page and enter your info and we'll get back to you with an exact price for the construction of your site. Then on our Procedure & Terms page there is info on any additional cost for domain names and hosting plus information on our payment plans for new sites. The following estimates are for the construction of your site, submitting your new site to search engines and directory sites to jump start your presence on the web and the first year hosting cost. Of course all sites come with email accounts.

  • A simple one to three page site with just basic information usually runs no more that $200. If you require graphics or logo design, this will be extra and done on a case by case basis. You will know the total cost before we begin.
  • Most standard websites come with about 7 to 10 pages. Most of the time these sites run from $300 to $500 and usually most of the graphics and/or logo design is included in the cost.
  • Database sites allow people to sign up for newsletters or promotions. Their information is stored on the server for you to use later. These sites come with an admin section so that you can email all your Members/Clients all at the same time with the touch of one click. Emails are personalized with each persons name and are sent separately so that each person gets an email with just their name on it. This technique includes an email verification system so that all your subscribers "Optin" to be mailed too so that you won't be spaming anyone. These sites can run from $500 to $800.
  • Then there are the "Flash" sites. You've probably seen these. The first page is moving all around with animation. Not only the links but the titles and the pictures. Where these sites can be very impressive to look at, you must be very careful when they are created. The problem is, search engines don't read the language because there is no text content or searchable words. The people that created "Flash" have even sent for example Google the codes and still there are problems. Invariably when you see a site that is all flash on the home page, it's way up on the list with Alexa.com. Up meaning bad in this instance. Since Alexa gives site info to the search engines, you want your ranking to be in the low 100,000 or so on the web. If a search engine can't read the info on your homepage, you will hardly ever be found. But a clever balance between flash codes and text content WILL get the job done. We can create a flash site that can be found and they run $1200 to $1500.
  • Then of course there are the monster sites that take tons of info into databases for people to search and find information directly on the site. This would be like shopping sites, auto parts, medical supplies and what not. We do those too, but lets not go there on pricing!
For all practical purposes, just go to our interview and procedure pages and get the information you need. There is of course no cost for our proposals.
